As a result of Public Law #92-261, signed by President Nixon on March 24, 1972, the MSFC Equal Opportunity Office was established to develop and administer a comprehensive affirmative employment program to assure equal opportunity in all phases of operation undertaken by the Center.   Equal Opportunity encompasses employment on the basis of merit and fitness and without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, or physical or mental disability.
