Special Emphasis Programs are designed to assist in the recruitment, selection development, and career advancement of American Indians, Asian/Pacific Americans, African Americans, Hispanics, disabled veterans, persons with disabilities, and women at MSFC. Each special emphasis program manager serves as the resource person or advisor on the unique concerns for the particular constituent group.
